Accommodations
- 34 Hotel Rooms include two queen beds with accommodations for up to four persons, cable television, phone, microwave and mini-fridge. Ten units are pet friendly. One handicap accessible room with two queen beds is also available. Fourteen units are near the marina. Maximum occupancy is four persons.
- 20 Studio Rooms renovated in 2008, include two luxury pillow top queen beds with accommodations for up to four persons, 42” plasma TV, cable, phone, kitchenette with two burner stove and microwave. Seven units are fully tiled, pet friendly units. Three units are ADA accessible with king beds and one handicap accessible room with a king bed is also available. The units have a great view overlooking the pool.
- 14 One Bedroom Apartments with two queen beds can accommodate up to four persons. They are equipped with cable television, phone, kitchenette, two burner stove and microwave with separate living area with a great view overlooking the Choctawhatchee Bay. One handicap accessible room with a king bed is available.
- 13 Two Bedroom Villas. Two units were renovated in 2009 with accommodations for up to six persons and include one queen bed in the master bedroom, bunk beds that sleep four in the second bedroom, one full bath with shower (in renovated units), pull out sofa sleeper, plasma TV, cable, phone, full kitchen with dining table and living areas, screened porch, BBQ area on back porch and reserved parking. Four units are pet friendly.
- 5 Three Bedroom Villas. Three units were renovated in 2009 with accommodations for up to eight persons and include one queen bed with luxury pillow top with full bath and shower (in renovated units) in the master suite, one queen bed luxury pillow top in the second bedroom, bunk beds that sleep four, one full bath with shower (in renovated unit) pull out sofa sleeper, plasma TV, cable, phone, full kitchen with separate dining and living areas, screened porch, BBQ area and reserved parking. Three units are pet friendly units. Maximum occupancy is eight persons.
- 46 Full Service RV Sites including 50 and 30 amp electric service, water, sewer, cable TV, telephone. Adjacent to the RV area is a bathhouse, laundry facilities and meeting pavilion. All RV sites are pet friendly. Sites will accept a variety of RV lengths; 12 sites up to 40’, 24 sites up to 36’, 10 sites for under 30’. Tent camping is not authorized at the recreation area. Maximum occupancy per site is eight persons. Indoor laundry and bathhouse are located within the RV Park.
