Winter Housekeeping Services
Housekeeping services are not included in the winter rates. Linen and towel exchange at the housekeeping office is included in the daily rate. All guests will be charged a one time housekeeping checkout surcharge if daily houskeeping services are not provided. Housekeeping services must be selected at check-in and will be billed at that time.

Accommodations - Policies
- A deposit equal to one (1) night stay is required to confirm your reservation.
- To receive a full refund cancellations must be made fourteen (14) days prior to arrival.
- To sponsor non-ID card holders you must physically stay on the property with them. Reservations must be made in an ID card holder's name.
- There is a maximum number of people allowed per unit.
- ID card holders may reserve up to a maximum of three units each.
- Guests not checked out by 11am without prior approval will be charged $25.
- Pet friendly rooms require a $25 non-refundable deposit and $5 per day fee.

Other Marina Services
- Charter Fishing (Trolling and Deep Sea) - A 27', 6 passenger Boston Whaler is available for inshore and offshore trolling as well as deep sea bottom. Cost: 4 hours $325 + fuel, 6 hours $480 + fuel, 8 hours $730 + fuel. Additional hours are $125 each.
- Triton Light Tackle (Near Shore and Bay) - 2 hours $150, 3 hours $200, 4 hours $250. Additional hours are $125 each.
- Dolphin and Harbor Tours - Cost is $30 per person.
- Water Taxi - Fuel included, limited tours. Cost is $5 per person each way during day hours and $10 per person each way during night hours.
- Vessel Launching - Available only during regular Marina operating hours. Cost is $8 per vessel.
- Extra Vehicles, Vessel, and Trailer Parking - $5.00 per week. Register at the Marina. Vessel launching included for guests.
